Created extensive tele-health program which was heavily relied upon during the pandemic and now is a fully integrated service provided to clients of this now fully functional medical practice.

I created my company after founding and operating a women's healthcare organization dedicated to evidenced based women's healthcare. From its inception, I spearheaded all website development, social media outreach and media publication. I learned to create micro-teams dedicated to the furtherance of these goals.
AT JMD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS, I have deployed micro-teams in logo design, web design, content creation, social media creation, financial systems and recruiting. In short, I coordinate the work that usually takes an entire internal department to do in order to accomplish big goals for small business.

Created and began a new model of medical practice in the Chicago suburbs. All aspects of this practice were developed and overseen during my tenure, including branding, website, social media, media relations, acquisition of additional practice, real estate leasing, financial system implementation and electronic health record implementation. Practice grew from one provider and one employee to over 7 providers and as many support personnel. Practice was purchased by a major health system in 2014, allowing me to create my own consulting firm.
